Polar Coordinates
I did not write this mini tutorial. I saw it at the Corel Newsgroup Paint Shop Pro Graphics
It was written by Spandex Rutabaga, a very talented vegetable.
Polar Coordinates (Effects, Distortion Effects) is one
filter that I have overlooked.
Now that I have been playing with it, I find
so much can be made, and done, with it.
The last part of this mini tutorial is what really piqued my interest:
It is the easiest way to rotate vectors.
You can make borders and lace or whatever strikes your imagination.
My motto is "If I am not learning anything, I am not having any
fun".
PSP is for learning and having fun.
