My name is Tahoe I have a bunch of nick names to but mostly I am called tassie. I am a Siberian husky and Shepard mix. I am 7 yrs old and live in Fairbanks, Alaska. My dad rescued me from the pound. I live with two cats SuperSonic and Aurora. I really like them but they scare the tar out of me because they have those sharp claws. My other sister Boomer taught me what those were when I was a puppy. So I don't mess with cats. They might smack me and it does hurt.
My bubba is a big Sea Hawks fan so he put his jersey on me. Looks pretty good don't you think?
Just laying around here waiting for dad to take me for a walk.
I think dad is finally ready to go now.
When dad is too slow at getting ready to take me some where I howl at him to hurry up. That usually works and he gets a move on. Then I am called bossy tassie. I try to boss mom around but that don't work with her.
This was when I was a baby and dad was planting a Silver Berry tree in the back yard. I had a thing for sticks back then. Well lets just say I dove into the hole to get a stick that was floating. Mom called me a mud puppy after that. Mom didn't get the camera fast enough to get the really good shot of me covered with mud. But I did get the stick.
The other two trees that dad planted didn't survive. Well they looked like sticks to me.
If this kitten bites my tail someone is going to be in big trouble. I don't know why she insists on snuggling up to me at nap times.
Mom is no help at times like these either. She tells me to just behave and don't bite the kitty. I really do love the kitty's but do they have to invade my bed space.
