Angel Ornament
Feel free to use your own colors for this.
For this tutorial you will need Jasc PSP 8 or PSP 7.
You will also need Eye Candy 3, Super Blade Pro.
You will need my SBP presets sm-water in the last set on page, or use any that you like and the alpha-channel canvas.
I have used some tile from Opal's Place The tile I used for this tutorial and background is called Scratchtyblue. also got some lace for the collar.
1.
Open the alpha-channel canvas. Flood fill the back ground layer with any color you like. Click Selections/ Load/from alpha-channel. Select wing, flood fill with white. Keep selected and apply the sm-water SBP preset. (or any SBP preset you like)
Click on the smudge tool 
and use these settings.
Start on the edges and pull out a little. When you have gone all around the edges you can go around again if you like. I like to go around twice. Makes it look more feathery. When you have the edges the way you want just smudge the middle a little. Duplicate layer and mirror image adjust to your liking.

Click on the dress layer and load dress from alpha-channel. Keep selected. Flood fill with white, add new layer and flood fill with scratchtyblue tile. (from Opal's Place) Angle 135, scale 50, Lower the opacity to 54%. Keep selected and invert selection. Add new layer apply drop shadow of vertical and horizontal 0, opacity 75, blur 100 color #404a6c.

Click on sleeve back layer. Load the sleeve back and flood fill with 3F5771. Apply cut out vertical 0, horizontal 3, opacity 100, blur 7.00 color 22293E. Duplicate layer, mirror image.

Click on candle back layer and load candle back from alpha channel. Choose a lighter shade of the color you chose for the candle. Lock the layer pallet and apply cut out vertical 1, horizontal 0, opacity 100, blur 3.00. Darken color for shadow. .

Click on candle layer and load candle from alpha channel. Flood fill with your choise of color. I used the xmassstripe gradient that came with PSP. Angle 90.

Click on hand layer and load hand
from alpha channel. Flood fill with #FDEBDE Click on the lock 
in the layer pallet. Apply cut out vertical and horizontal 0, opacity
75, blur 15, color # AC612A. Duplicate layer, mirror image.

Click on sleeve layer, load the sleeve from alpha channel. Flood fill with scratchtyblue tile. Angle 0, scale 50. Apply cut out vertical 1, horizontal -1, opacity 100, blur 18.00, color #414E79. Duplicate layer, mirror image. Line up the sleeve back layer and sleeve layer.
8.
Click on the candle back layer. Add new layer and use paint brush set at 3 and paint a line to look like a wick. Apply the inner bevel Metallic. Add new layer and use fire tube set at 10 for a flame. You can animate the flame to flicker later if you want.

Click on hair back layer. This is optional. You can use the hair selection or draw your own hair. I use the Hair-tight curls brush preset that came with PSP8. Just have the foreground color and background colors the same color but different shades. If you aren't using PSP8 you can get my curly hair tube from my Red White and Blue Angel tutorial.

Click on collar layer and load alpha channel. Flood fill with white. Apply SBP preset sm-water. Selection/modify/ contract by 4. Add new layer and flood fill with lace size set at 75%. Deselect. Move lace layer back a little.

Click on head layer and load alpha
channel. Flood fill with #FDEBDE. Click on the lock
in the layer pallet. Apply cut out vertical and horizontal 0, opacity
75, blur 17, color # AC612A.

Add new layer name it face. Use paint brush set at 10 or to the size you like. Apply the round inner bevel. Do the same for the nose but use the cut out as in step above and change the blur to 5 or so. You will have to play with the setting to get what you like. I did it a bunch of times and got some thing different each time. For the cheeks use paint brush size around 15 and set opacity to 50 then gaussian blur 2 or 3. Lips just use paint brush set to 1.
13.
Add and new layer for hair. Use the same hair brush or tube and fill in for her bangs and front shoulder on the collar.
14.
Click on hanger layer, load hanger from alpha channel. Floor fill with white. Apply a Gold SBP preset.
