We are going to subtract 4 every time
we move the curser up.
Open tube set scale at 75
Put curser on 300,550
click once, move curser up to 300X546,
do this 4 times.

Now change the scale of the tube from 75 to 77
click once then change the scale to 79.

Now keep going with the number until you get the
basket the height you need.
Whew that wasn't too hard was it?
Use lasso tool to cut around the back and top side of
basket.
Now we need to make our chain handle. Take your link tube
and rotate it 90 degrees.
Add new layer for each link.
Put one link on then duplicate/mirror. It will now be on both
sides of basket. Add another link and do the same. 2 or 3 links
should do it for the height. Add another link and rotate it
15 degrees to the right. duplicate/mirror.
Add another link and rotate it 30 degrees, duplicate/mirror.
Add another link and rotate it 55 degrees, duplicate/mirror.
Do this until you get the height you want for both sides.
Add another link and rotate 90 degrees. This will be the links
that go across the top.
You can play with the rotations to get the shape you need
for your handle.
Now click on first link and use eraser tool to erase parts of
connecting links so they will look like they are connected.
Now you can merge visible link layers.
Now back to page 2 for the ribbons.
