Feel free to use your own colors for this.

Do what ever you want to do with it.

For this tutorial you will need Jasc PSP 8.

You can get my sm_silver gradient here or use one of your own. Your choice.

The 20/20 makes great seamless tiles.  I no longer have a good link for the 20/20 filter.

First we are going to make a glitter tile and then animate.

Open 100X100 transparent image.

Flood fill with gradient angel 50, repeats 5.

Go to adjust/add remover noise/add noise, using setting in screen shot below.

Go to Adjust/sharpness/sharpen.

Save your tile as a jpg to desktop (or where you choose to). Open 20/20  click on image then open

the glitter tile you just made and click on the seamless tile button. Click ok to save over the tile.

Ok now we will go back to PSP.  

Open the  seamless glitter tile you made and minimize in PSP or it wont show up in patterns.

Click the open pattern foreground choose the glitter tile angle 90, scale 100.

 Do the same for the background but change the angel to 0.

Open image 550X300. For this I am using a white background. Click on the font button and set it

like the screen shot below. Your choice on the font.

Click on the canvas to bring up the Text Entry box. Type in your name or what you want.

 I used Glamour's Glitter. Put a check mark in the Remember text at the bottom.

Also while this Text Entry box is open click on the background pattern box, and change to angel to 25.

Click ok.  Now the text isn't in the center but that's ok cause we are going to center it next.

Now click Objects/Align/Center in Canvas. Now convert to raster layer.  Click  Adjust/sharpness/sharpen.

Optional drop shadow.  Vertical and horizontal 0, opacity 100, blur 5.

Repeat the text entry 2 times  but change the angel to 50 then to 75.

Now you should have 4 layers the 3 text layer centered.

The next part is the animation. You may stop here and do it your way or go on my way. LOL

your choice.

On your layers pallet X out (turn off)  the first 2 text layers. You should have the background layer (white)

and one text layer.  

Click File/Export/ JPEG Optimizer. Use these settings.

Make sure you set the Chroma subsampling: to None. Click ok and save to desk top (or where ever

you like to save parts to).  

Repeat this for the other 2 raster layers. Turning off one at a time.  Now that is done we can got to

the animation shop.

Open animation shop and click on the Animation Wizard button .

add your 3 jpg images you saved

next, click finish.  Now here is the best time to resize if needed. I usually go 75%.  

Now click on view animation button on the far right.

You can change the color of the glitter by using the colorize in psp or just different gradients.

For a Foil look go to  Fancy Foil.
